Guatemala, 2018. During trials of soldiers who sparked the civil war, young anthropologist Ernesto works to identify the missing. After hearing an elderly woman's testimony, he pursues a lead about his missing father, a guerrilla fighter, against his mother's wishes, seeking truth and resilience.
